Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't completely enchanted by your purchase, we accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that seasonal items purchased after December 25th are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and zip code to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original box with all protective padding, instructions, and accessories included.

• 3.
  Attach Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
