Do your artificial trees come with a warranty?
Yes, all our premium artificial Christmas trees include a 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year limited warranty on pre-strung lights.
Are your outdoor decorations weather-resistant?
Most of our outdoor collection is designed to be weather-resistant; however, we recommend securing items during extreme wind or heavy ice storms.
How do I choose the right tree size for my ceiling?
We recommend leaving at least 6 to 12 inches of space between the top of your tree (including the topper) and the ceiling.
Can I use LED bulbs with my existing incandescent light strings?
We do not recommend mixing LED and incandescent bulbs on the same circuit as it can cause flickering or premature burnout.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Currently, we specialize in high-quality retail products and do not offer direct installation services.
When is the best time to order for holiday delivery?
To ensure your home is ready for the season, we recommend placing orders by December 10th for standard shipping.
